Angel Dear tunic/dress

18-24 month .. would probably fit longer IMO! Binding on the cuffs so there’s a very slight puff sleeve effect. Won’t fit us this winter so I’m passing it along. 100% cotton. Reminds me of tea collection if you’re familiar with their clothing.
