Features: Back of waistband is elastic Skirt has pockets Lined 100% cotton Bird, flower and butterfly print Approximate measurements Lay flat waist 13.75” - note the back of the waistband is elastic so can stretch out from here Length 21” Only noted signs of wear are a few looser stitches that are decorative only - see last pic. This is very minor and only really noticeable if you are looking for it.
