sylviebbb Hi Danielle . As u can see I’m Trying my hardest to get them to do a refund . If they insist on not doing it . Do u mind if I ship it back to u and just give me a credit for whatever u can ( I know they took 20% of the sale . So I don’t mind taking the loss of the 20% of my credit and apply the credit towards future purchases ?
