Antique / vintage Bulova ladies wrist watch

High end luxury Bulova ladies wrist watch. Antique or vintage. Wind up mechanical. Swiss movement. With many real jewels that all seem to be there. Fits up to 6.5" wrist. Not sure it is working, but definitely needs service and cleaning, and possibly repair. Has wear on the inner side of the closure, as pictured, and the case needs to be tightened properly on one side (as I couldn't do it properly after taking pictures of the inside). There are several fascinating writings on the back of the case, likely from past service or if it was taken to Lombard a few times. A piece of history!
