In very good used condition, except for waist stretching. ***SIZE NOTE*** The size tag is a size 8, but waist measures at 35 inches (17.5" flat). I purchased these on poshmark not realizing quite how stretched out they were. I would say they fit closer to a size 10-12. Approx measurements: 35" waist (17.5" flat lay), 10" front rise, 25" inseam
