The worst that will happen is I send you a counteroffer** This is an absolutely stunning bag the outside is in great condition with no rips or stains or tears. The strap is in great condition; it is adjustable. There is very small cracking on only one strap at the bottom, but the thread has not spilled or ripped through at all. There is some minor wear on the bottom of the bag. The lining on the inside of the bag has sticky peeling common to many vintage LV bags.
