The hardware and straps has some discolouration, there is a notable crease on the front of the bag, the zipper works smoothly but the fabric along the zipper puckers out a bit, the inside of the bag has some pen marks and/or stains, a small white mark on the front next to the crease, and just a general feeling of use throughout.
