This BB Dakota blouse slips over the head and does up with a button at the front, or you could leave open. The fabric is 100% polyester and has a jacquard floral print on the ivory coloured fabric. The neck has a ruffle, and the sleeves have a double ruffle and buttons on the cuffs. It is a bit on the sheer side. I believe this is the "I Heart Drama" style.
