This Bebe dress truly sparkles and shines. A ton of shiny sparkles against the black background of the dress, along with rounded silver embellishments across dress and up towards neck line. Back of dress has two small rectangular cut out panels. Straps of dress are stretchy, while the dress material is on the heavier stretchy side. Fabric fits nice around hips. Previously owned- worn only once! In great condition.
