This book is the 14th edition of BH&G's fondue cookbook (published in 1978), which further serves to illustrate just how many people were big on fonduing at that point in time. The act and art of fondue predate the mid-twentieth century, however, and by the same token, remains popular today as we bop along through the twenty-first.
