beebess99 @ecwiehe hello! Thanks for your interest :) These are Blondo shoes so I believe they are 100% genuine leather, they were purchased last year for 100$. The sole is very comfortable it barely feels like you have heels on. You can ask me more detailed questions and if you want I will look up their material to be sure

beebess99 @ecwiehe hi! these are considered winter boots so yes they are very fine in snowy weather. We are in Quebec so I wore these for one season maybe 2-3 times at a fancy occasion outdoors because they have platform heels. They are fully water resistant and do well in snow.
