go_get_it_girl @delia_mongillo hi! The long strap completely unclips. The front chain can be clipped to the side if you prefer, but is permanantly affixed. The purse is a vegan pebbled leather with a vegan suede top (not velvet). I added a couple of photos so you can see this clearly. Let me know if you need anything else!
