rubydwoods @lomarlzee yes 28 at the highest part of the waist. I traditionally wear a size 27–28 Jean and can fit a 27–26 in this particular style. It really depends on the shape of your body. If you dip in at the waist to 28 inches and then have wider hips they would fit great. Lots of room otherwise. A very funky pant.
