I need to gain weight! :β( I realize itβs something thatβs difficult for people to understand, let alone sympathize with. My main problem though is that I just donβt get an appetite. Like the natural feeling 99.9% of the population seems to get, where theyβre like βomg Iβm so hungry/Iβm starving, etc.β and βwhat do you want to eat?β just doesnβt enter my mind. I can eat a TON when I make myself so I donβt get thinner or someone else is with me and gets or makes food.

I always had weight on when my bf lived with me bc heβs a big guy and would eat like, 5 meals a day. So even though I wasnβt hungry Iβd always have him get me food when he would get/make some himself. Now that heβs working in another state and I live alone, I can literally go the entire day and then right before bed be like βomg! I forgot to eat today!β And so often by then Iβm too tired. But for people that say theyβre jealous: itβs NOTHING to be jealous of.

To force feed yourself way past feeling full, way past the normal serving size, do this for 2 weeks straight (eat like 3500 calories a day) and then... your reward is a 3 lb. weight gain when you need 25 lbs?! Ahh sorry I needed to vent π thereβs nothing attractive about being 88 lbs, at my height. I hate it and I actually dress in ways that people canβt really tell (they can tell Iβm thin; just not HOW thin). Iβm sharing back now β€οΈ lol
