mike99123 Hi, I received the rebelution shirt that I ordered from you. The first sentence said that the shirt was in excellent condition though, which it is not. The printing on it is halfway faded compared to my other one that I've owned and washed quite a few times even. My current one is just a little too big as it's a large. For some reason when I click the purchased item it's taking me straight to the rating screen instead of allowing me to click on the "problem with this order" button. Thanks.

hudstee @mike99123 Hi Mike, I've never had any returns or complaints so I hate to hear this, I included a lot of pictures in the listing however, many of the shirts I sell are naturally faded and distressed so I didn't have an original to compare it to. Of course, if you are not happy with it I am more than willing to accept a return. I've heard posh mark is great with returns, so let me know what to do on my end. I love music & the shirts and just want them to find an owner that loves them😁

thebasself Hey there! I recently ordered a shirt from your store and I changed my shipping address last minute. USPS tracking says it was delivered but I have not seen it. hudstee @thebasself hi, yes I mailed it out before you updated your address. the email poshmark sent me said they have steps in place so it gets to you and the tracking says it's still in route so and it doesn't show delivered on my end so it might just take a couple more days.

thebasself @iloverockmusic1 I have not received it. Does it say delivered to Kirkland on your end? if so that is the wrong address :( you said that poshmark emailed you with a solution they had to get the right address?

thebasself @iloverockmusic1 okay I spoke with the resident of my old address and they told me that they stamped it as return to sender. so it should be headed back to you. if you could let me know when it gets to you and when you can re ship it to my correct address (the bellevue one that I updated after purchasing the shirt) I would appreciate it, thank you!

hudstee @thebasself here is the message I received back from Poshmark support Rest assured have a process in place. Can you please advise the buyer to contact our support team directly so we can assist with the next steps? We help the buyer find the package and have it forwarded to them since it has been marked as delivered by USPS at this time. --In the meantime I'll let you know if it makes it back this way, you'll get it one way or another :)

lifeisgrand74 What a cool closet! I can’t imagine what your personal collection looks like! Do you have a favorite? I had an REM t-shirt I wore out. It had so many holes that I couldn’t wear it without being obscene so I cut the graphics off and sewed them onto a hoodie. 😂

hudstee @lifeisgrand74 that is great! my personal favs are my cure and violent femmes ones I literally have had since high school. smart you kept your REM one and put it to good use, I cringe thinking of the ones I wore out and threw away🙄 nirvana, nin, Lollapalooza, dinosaur Jr and so many other 90 ones. my collection is getting out of control. lol
