skydiva @kimmie7373 - When I filed the claim, she railed at me for “falsely” claiming it was not authentic but accepted the return because the jar was clearly not full. She claimed that she had purchased it at a retail store...but the product was definitely not authentic. The color and scent alone were giveaways, but other indicators too.

kimmie7373 @skydiva So So Sorry. I had a experience with a buyer too that harassed me. She finally purchase my bundle and then gave me a one star rating. She lied and said l failed on all levels including shipping. And l ship the same day. And she is a Posh Ambassador. Not cool at all. That 1 star ⭐️ is the only one l ever got. Now she is blocked. I wish l would of blocked her sooner to avoid the rating and head ache
