belovedsparrow @getrealclothes from what people tell me tbey use photo apps like photogrid that you can type words onto a photo. Some apps have lovely background photos, then u can type what u want on top. Will keep u posted if you'd like if I can figure it out.😀🌺

getrealclothes @elle6767 Hi Elizabeth and thanks for the feedback. The banners are easy using the free app Pic Collage. You download it then choose a background and text - you can add stickers if you want. When you're done the app will save it in your photos so all you do on Posh is create a new listing and put your banner photo in it. Try it and let me know - I really like having my "closet" organized. Good luck!

So when you're ready with your new banner "photos" just start sharing a group of things. When you're done, add your banner for that grouping and go on to the next group. Easy!

azthriftjunkie @getrealclothes thank you! In your personal opinion... if a buyer purchased an item from you NWT without asking any questions and then they contact you stating they do not like it because it is too thin. How would you handle it? On eBay or other markets I would accept a return with the buyer paying return shipping and then I'd refund their purchase because I know I could resale. Put on here I want my customer to be happy, just not sure what I can/should do in this case.

getrealclothes @azthriftjunkie Fit is not the seller's problem as long as you have accurately described the garment. I measure the clothes and put the measurements in the description. Your buyer needs to place an inquiry with Posh but if they find you've done all you can to list the item appropriately the buyer will have to keep it. Eg. I bought a dress that fit but was too short. The seller measured correctly, I just didn't factor right. I gifted it.

azthriftjunkie @getrealclothes I do the same. This was a Dockers hat (not quite sure how to measure hats), but fit wasn't her issue. It was material thickness. The material was thin. There is a photo in the listing were you literally could see through it. I live in Arizona, it never dawned on me that thickness would be an issue. I do feel bad for her she's a young girl. If she had purchased from me somewhere else, I would've refunded her money.

getrealclothes @azthriftjunkie You can read Poshmark's return policy in the FAQ section. If she files an inquiry and they agree the item was not described properly they'll ask her to send it back to you - postage paid by Posh (I think) - and she'll get a refund. You can definitely tell her you're sorry in a comment and ask her to file an inquiry.

This transaction was the very first negative rating across the board. It's unfortunate, but what can you do? I guess it was bound to happen, just wish she would have told me what I could've done differently and what her suggestions for improvement were.
