kimkay78 @evyve Hello, You can send a private offer if the buyer has your item(s) in a bundle. On the top of your closet there is a bundle (box) icon. Once you click it make sure you are in sell and select a your buyers bundle with the item in it and you can click the offer button to make them an offer.

evystrends @kimkay78 hi got a question if someone want to buy how do i ship it and does a shipper come to the house with the label. Am so new at this and not so high tech of a person just learning this app. How do i contact or how do i ship.

kimkay78 @evyve When someone buys your item poshmark will send you an email with a shipping label attached. You need to print the label and tape it to your package then drop it off at the post office. The label is good for up to 5 pounds.

kimkay78 @evyve If you are trying to track a purchase you click “My Purchases” and click on the item to find tracking details. If you are tracking a sale you click “My Sales” and click on the item.

kimkay78 @evyve Hello, You have to use the post office because the label you get from Poshmark is for the post office. The label has tracking so once you ship the item you can see when it is delivered. The buyer has 3 days to accept or dispute. You get your payment once the buyer accepts or after 3 days.

kimkay78 @evyve No, You will receive an email from Poshmark with a label attached and you have to print the label at home or at someone's house that has a printer. Then you tape the label on to your package. After that you drop it off at the post office.

kimkay78 When you get to the post office you can stand in line to mail your package and get a receipt or at the counter by the employees there might also be a spot to drop the package off since it already has a prepaid label.

kimkay78 @evyve Once you mail the package at the post office it takes awhile for the tracking details to update in Poshmark. You do not get paid until the buyer receives your package. They have 3 days to accept it once they receive it. You will receive the money after 3 days or if they accept it.

kimkay78 @evyve Once your money shows in the redeemable section in your “My Balance” you will have the option to select your desired redemption method which will be to set-up a direct deposit or you can request a check.

kimkay78 @evyve Hello, The buyer has 3 days to accept or dispute. If they do not accept after the 3 days Poshmark will give you the money. Some people do not accept and you just have to wait the 3 days.

kimkay78 @evystrends Hello, I would send this question to Poshmark directly through the Poshmark Support Center. The shipping is a flat rate one but I am unsure if Posh and/or the post office would allow it. I know that you can change your shipping return address on your labels but I am not sure if you would want to do that in case something has to get sent back to you.
