lassielore @kirklk4 Cropped is when a top is very short in length, like above the waist. The average measure for a top is about 23 inches long from shoulder to hem, and would be about hip level on the average person. I was just wondering what the measurement was from the top of the shoulder to bottom hem of top. Thanks.
