Band of The Free Floral Cowl Neck Floral Dress

Band of The Free Floral Cowl Neck Floral Dress Brand new; I own the skirt of this and absolutely love it. But I haven’t found a time or a reason to wear the dress version. There is no material or size tag so please go by measurements. I am a true size 6 and this fits me. No stretch, my guess would be a polyester fabric. There is elastic along top of shoulders and around sleeves. Any other questions let me know. (At time of posting I have misplaced my measuring tape)
