Size 4 knee length black cocktail dress with illusion neckline. There are small flowers all over the dress that flutter as you walk. David Dixon is a Canadian designer who was hired by Mattel to create a high-end line inspired by Barbie for The Bay in 2009.m
There is a small run in the neckline fabric (see photo).
Made in Canada. Shell and flowers are 100% silk, lining is 52% polyester, 48% viscose
