Lovely little jewel of a piece. This was made in Belgium circa 1950. Imported by Woodward’s. That was a wonderful department store! Condition; Interior is in good shape still, with minor markings on lining. Beading has remained quite nicely for the last 70 plus years. *Kiss closure works well, however showing some wear to gold/brassy finish. ** The most stress or wear to this piece is at the side of the bag, where stitches have come undone from frame. Perhaps it was carrying something too heavy. Please see all photos. Selling AS IS. Priced Accordingly. I’m happy to answer any questions before purchase.

griffinblanchar Hey! Love this. Do you think I can stitch the seams that are coming loose? Or is it a lost cause and maybe, have to deal with it As-Is? ☺️

gibriana @griffinblanchar I think that you can use it the way it is with out repair; however you would have to be sure not to put heavy contents in. It also would need to be carried the way it was designed, so folded over as a clutch. It certainly is not a lost cause, I just wanted to be sure it was noted, because at first glance it is very hard to see. Hope this helps.
