It has small shoulder pads which are easily removed if desired. Please note that the front "pockets" are faux. It is in very good pre-loved condition, but does have one small pull in the fabric on the front (see picture). Due to the nature of the fabric, this is barely noticeable but has been reflected in the price of this luxury designer piece.
