halichar22 @ellianallon shoulder to shoulder 15” ptp 19” sleeve 22 1/2” arm width @ shoulder 9 1/2” and midway down the arm is 6”. If the blouse is ironed you might get a bit more width / length but currently it is hand washed in cold water and hung to dry.
