Brand new dress made in India. Not sure what the makeup of the fabric is since it doesn’t have any tag on the inside. Dress has a frill on the bottom and it is lined underneath. Never been worn since it was too big on me. Nice dress to wear as a costume or just ti wear out on a special occasion.
