Blue and brown mesh fabric with embroidered pink and green flowers. Navy fabric underneath therefore not sheer. Empire waist and lettuce hem at the bottom Perfect condition I always got compliments when I wore it but I don’t reach for it as much as I should. Perfect dress for a late summer/ hot fall
