Beautiful pink flutter sleeve top with lace detailing and roses around the neck

This top is absolutely cute. Gently worn. Has lace detailing in the back as well. A medium size rip at the neckline as shown in picture, due to moving and having my stuff stored in boxes. Not sure if it can be fixed. Maybe someone who is good at sewing might be able to fix it, hopefully. It is such a cute top, I would feel awful if I had to throw it out. The top is in otherwise good condition.
