Betsey Johnson silk halter tie mini dress

Betsey Johnson silk halter tie mini cocktail dress. I live in a pet free and smoke free environment. This dress is in excellent condition. There is one small pull on the silk fabric in the back (please see picture with the close up of the zipper). Laying flat the waist is 12inches (see picture) The approximate total length of the dress from the top of the neck to the bottom, measured from the centre of the dress, is 31.5 inches I have pictures of the dress in front of a cream and black background so the richness of its colour can be seen.
