Birks silver tea spoon, vintage silver plated, Noel 1992

Authentic Birks Noel silver tea spoon. Vintage, from 1992. 5.25" long. In excellent condition. Has some tarnish due to age. I tried to clean it, but with only partial success 🙂, as pictured. Perhaps a silver cleaning solution would do it better than my soap.
