A flowy black silk dress by Flora, made in China of 100% silk. The top with a flat front collar and double set of buttons in the fold-over neck, the waist quite small, going into a wide, flowy skirt (not full circle). Marked as a size 4, perfect for petite ladies. It comes with a long matching silk waistband, which can be used as a belt, scarf or hairband. Condition: one of the belt loops gone. Some pinholes around the bust area where is was sewn for modesty reasons. With a buttonhole about half way up the collar, but no matching button. with a few small marks of use, overall it is in nice condition.
