Great multipurpose jacket. Although car tag is gone, it does look like a wool blend . Four inside pockets, two outside pockets Ribbon trim along neck collar ( last photo ) 2 Button closure, In awesome condition , only issue is shown in the second last picture. I’m sure a dry cleaner could definitely take care of that.
