Black Double Breasted Velvet Vest SZ M

No tags inside but I estimate this to be a SZ M. Pit to Pit measurement across the back is 19 in. Has 4 satin type covered buttons at the front and a satin type collar. Would look great under another velvet blazer. Wear with jeans or pants/skirts. Very Versatile
