Black Mini Skirt with belt

Reposhing this item, I purchased from @manson_grrrl. I loved it, but unfortunately too small for me and any of my friends :( I did take off the tag and wear the item once, but otherwise, the garment is in the same condition as pictured. Questions? Leave a comment below!
