@ferociousbanana updated the photos with some measurements. It's longer than most skirts w 18" length. Has shorts underneath and I can confirm nothing hangs out. I've just lost weight but yea I'd say this does fit as a L-XL moreso XL. It's very stretchy and I wanted one without a scrunched waist since I tuck in my tops.
