Black Polka Dot Cocktail Dress

Beautiful 100%Silk Polka Dot Cocktail Dress. Sheer silk top layer. The top of the dress has inner slip with adjustable straps. Skirt has a few layers of tulle to create volume. I love this dress, but it is a bit small/tight for me now. Only worn a few times to special occasions. Size tag says medium, but it is actually more like Small, Extra Small. Model approx measurements for reference: Waist: 26” Hips: 38” Bust:33” 5’-7” tall
