Black flared Cocktail Dress with Belt

Never Worn (had the intention of wearing it once I lose weight). The perfect black dress. Very elegant. Great quality and purchased in Europe. If I could fit into this dress I wouldn't sell it. Very Classy. Off the shoulders fit. Belt creates an elegant hourglass, flared look. This dress is not thin material, it's pretty heavy and well structured.
