Black mini dress

Super cute mini dress with a pretty back. The top of the dress is lined with a small silicon band to keep the dress up and in place (I personally can’t feel it). It’s been worn a couple times but still in really good condition except them seems in the middle front of the dress have even slightly stretched (image shown). Too short for me so I would love someone else to make good use of it.
