Black silk strapless dress vintage made in USA S

Black silk strapless dress vintage made in USA Size S Note: I am normally a size 2 in a dress or XS, and this dress is slightly too small for me. It fits more like today’s 0 or XXS. The black ribbon is about 137 cm long per side. The dress previously had boning in it, but I cut it out because it was uncomfortable. You can see from the pictures pretty much most of the interior fabric is there. I really just tried this dress on a few times but never wore it more than a few minutes.
