tikibikini @kaykort Hey, its very difficult to tell where the shoulders or bust measurements would be as there are no shoulder seams and it is a dolman sleeve, I cannot measure the ptp. Judging by where there is a slight slope in the shoulder it looks to be about 21 inches flat. The elastic waist measures about 13.75 inches and can easily stretch to about 18, and the hips measure 28 inches laying flat. I hope this helps! :)
