Blue Carven dress

This gorgeous periwilkle blue dress hits just above the knee and has so many beautiful details - a pink and white Peter Pan cotton collar, a frilled cuff, and a cupro lining. I am generally a size 2 and it fits very well. Slight pink discoloration along underarm seams (see photos)
