Blue Tulle and White Lace Dress

This dress has white lace on the top part of the dress and it isn't see-through, there is more fabric right behind the lace. The bottom half is blue and has two layers. The first is underneath the inside of the skirt and is less flowy than the outer layer, which is thinner. There is no damage and has been used only a few times. This dress can be formal or casual.
