Blue and Floral Strapless Silk Dress

Gorgeous blue floral strapless dress, handmade in Toronto by independent designer Tizz. 100% silk with boned bodice. Two small slits at the bottom front of skirt for movement. Size large, measurements in photos. Excellent condition with some very small pulls and slight discolouration at the underarms.
