Blue and white polka dot Annie 50 skirt (small)

Made in Canada this skirt has a great A frame & slate at the bottom. A high waist with a longer panel/waistband. Adorable pattern with pockets! Worn twice. I should have bought the medium. Annie 50 does it again with clothes that last and styles that flatter.
