Very good used condition blue poncho/tunic top in size medium. Loose and flowy, this would fit larger and smaller sizes depending on how oversize you want it to be. Cute white fringe along the sleeves and side with white decorative pattern along the bottom hem. White tassle at neckline. Garment does have sleeves!
