Blue summer dress

Blue and white striped summer dress. Originally strapless, straps were sewn in after (in a halter style) but can be removed. Has strong elastic around bust and rubber strip to avoid slipping if worn as strapless. Zipper on the side with top clasp. Originally a size 8 but can fit up to size 12 due to high stretch capacity.
