Jul 25Reply

permigalHey there...I must say this is one of the classiest, most artsy and edgy closets I've seen yet. Amazing talent. From the photography, the set up, and the way the closet flows. Phenomenal. Kudos!!!!

Jul 26Reply

permigaloh and almost forgot - I'm interested in the vintage giant Tee. It's for the hubby so I'll show it to him tonight. Hoping no one scoops it before then :-)

Jul 26Reply

sons_of_style@permigal thank you so much! That means a lot, especially after seeing your closet! Top notch lay out, photos and quality items fo sho. Is your husband a big giants fan? I’m a redskins fan (rivals) but even I almost want to rock that shirt!

Jul 26Reply

permigal@sons_of_style thanks for the compliment....I'm sitting on a massive death pile so big I wade through the house to get anywhere :-).....so it will be interesting to see the closet progression as I get my items listed. I use closets like yours in particular to inspire me as to how to arrange my items. the flow of color is incredible in your closet; it just draws a person into it. And yeah.....Giants all the way!!! He's a crazy man when the Giants play :-D

Jul 26Reply

sons_of_style@permigal hilarious, same situation for me. We pretty much live in a giant death pile of clothes. And Def sympathize with you, I’m aware of what a mad man I am during redskins games. My wife could surely testify to that!

Jul 04Reply

sons_of_style@womanbewise58 wow that’s awesome! Such a great flick. Love the soundtrack by Donovan too. Yes, Francesco has influenced me greatly as well. Just love the simplistic yet fulfilling way he followed Jesus, giving up everything in order to know Him more deeply. So beautiful!

Aug 23Reply

connecticutchefThanks for your offer on the Zegna coat! I posted this for sale quite a while ago and noticed that it has a missing button. I’m going to post a few more pics and let me know what you think. It’s a gorgeous coat but would need a new button. It looks beautiful and unique / distinctive on - and you’ll never see another person wearing one like it. Let me know your thoughts.

Sep 06Reply

connecticutchefI’m happy to seek it to you at your offer price but want you to be happy! I am proud of my 4.9 Poshmark rating and want to keep it that way!

Sep 06Reply

connecticutchefSorry - happy to sell it to you that is...

Sep 06Reply

sons_of_style@connecticutchef hey thank you! I saw reversible and cashmere and I was like woh, that sounds cool. I was going to poss bring to a place to have repaired. If I could be so bold, Would u be willing to do $25? Given the missing buttons situation

Sep 06Reply

connecticutchef@sons_of_style sure - I’ll decline your $30 and bid $25 and I’ll accept if you’d like. It’s a steal and with a bit of work it will be really sharp

Sep 06Reply

sons_of_style@connecticutchef thanks again, my friend. Looking forward to wearing it! Love your closet by the way, stellar stuff!

Sep 06Reply

connecticutchef@sons_of_style hey- thanks! I hope that you love it and wear it in good health. It’s a gorgeous jacket - made in Italy with exceptional materials. You couldn’t ever find a coat this beautiful for $25 in a thrift store - but i need to make room and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it! Please let me know what you think when it is received.

Sep 06Reply

sons_of_style@connecticutchef def! Will do, thanks again!

Sep 06Reply

connecticutchef@sons_of_style I’m sorry that you were not completely happy with the Zegna coat. You can see from my ratings that I purchasers have been very happy - and that I completely disclose the condition of my items. If I missed something I take full responsibility. I have been in the process of moving and if I overlooked an area of damage - I feel terrible. If you see another item I have posted - please make an offer and I’ll take this into account (within reason). I’m not happy unless you are.

Sep 14Reply

sons_of_style@connecticutchef hey thanks so much for your message, I do appreciate that. But honestly, it’s no biggie! U gave me a great deal on it so I’m happy! Even with the wear it’s still a great piece!

Sep 14Reply

silkytgIn regard to the Christian Dior jacket, I can't accept $7 because have you checked the prices for Dior things? They start at over a grand, like $1000, so I think $12 is fair. I actually had no idea they sold for that much. Go to the Dior website and check --Wow. I just can't do $7, it would only net me less than $5 for a Dior. If you don't buy it, I'm upping the price substantially. I can't do it when I have offers. Thanks for your offer tho! : )

Oct 05Reply

sons_of_style@silkytg haha no problem! I always try to negotiate price when I’m buying something, no matter how great a deal. Don’t mean to offend, just the way I was raised! “Never pay full price for anything, son”. Haha. Anyway, thanks for the notice!

Oct 05Reply

sons_of_styleWith regard to these old Dior monsieur sweatshirts, they actually don’t go for that much. Usually around $20-30. I just like the style.

Oct 05Reply

silkytg@sons_of_style You got it! Thank you! I didn't know they even sold for that much, hence the price I put on it, but you got it and you're upsetting a lot of others that were making offers as well. They should have bought it instead of lowballing me. I will get this out to you today if possible. I'm putting like 3 storages full of clothes and makeup online fast and furious so keep checking back, I have a lot of men's things. Like I have a pair of Jordans for under $20 bucks

Oct 05Reply

sons_of_style@silkytg thanks! Will be checking back in the near future! God bless :)

Oct 05Reply

angiehorvi@sons_of_style sorry my son give that price for the Versace shoes but yes yes I give for 60 dolls sorry

Oct 14Reply

sons_of_style@angiehorvi no prob, I’ll resend offet

Oct 14Reply

davitomeihey @sons_of_style I just put up a rad members only jacket and thought of you. feel free to check it out. thanks.

Oct 17Reply

craigehillHello @sons_of_style . You were right about the sleeve length on the "Vintage Western Rancher Shearling Sheepskin Coat". I was confused, because shirt sleeve sizes for men's shirts being 33 to 35 inches usually, but I think that is from the middle of the back. I measure from my should seam to my wrist and this coat should fit me just fine. When will you ship?

Oct 26Reply

sons_of_style@craigehill hey! Sorry for the delay, I thought I had a box big enough but turns out I don’t. Going out to buy one now and will ship out to you tomorrow AM. Thanks!

Oct 26Reply

craigehillThx for the update.

Oct 27Reply

brandonneeleyplease don't ship it won't fit.....so sorry I'm looking though your other things

Nov 09Reply

sons_of_style@brandonneeley no problem, just go ahead and cancel the order. I can give you a good deal on the bundle of the other two items, or if you like, you can add more. Either way, I’ll give you a good discount

Nov 09Reply
