luxloot @iamczb PM's system is set for the square images, i.e. 1"x1". The best fix would be in Photoshop if you have it. If not, in your phone camera settings under Photo size, choose the square size. Hope this helps.

cbsells @tmora9969 Hi again! I was wondering if you could answer a couple of questions I have about Posh. Would you recommend listing things into Sub Categories? Does this help or hinder sales? Also, I have some non-clothes items like kids books...what is the best way to list these so that they are picked up on searches? Thx so much! I’ve been reading the posh blog for tips but I still have a lot to learn. :)

tmora9969 @iamczb hi 😊 I don’t think subcategories are necessary. I think it’s a lot of extra work and it never helped me. I would list the books under “other”. Make sure you have a description of them so those doing specific searches will see them. 😊
