Broken in. Good condition, lots of life and no damage to the soles, just wear. Very comfy. These have been leather conditioned, I can no longer wear anything with a heel so downsizing.
No holes or cracking in the leather
I don't have the original box, but boots/shoes are always shipped in a box to prevent damage.

I’d love some measurements when you have time. Shaft height, circumference and your foot too pls. I love the boots but I’m hesitant because I want to make sure they fit.

my foot is size 7.5 (9in) these fit loose so I wore wool socks. I usually size up in boots without zippers to fit my calves.
