Brand new with tags BNWT Billy J blue dress

Brand new with tags blue satin-like long sleeve dress. Perfect for a wedding guest dress. Tie front. Just needs a good steam but never worn, comes from Pet-free and smoke-free household. I also own this in pink (see pics) and it’s super cute. Don’t need both though. Tie at the waist makes it super flattering shape and has a low v neck front. Zipper closer at back. Size is a 6 from Australia so is equivalent to a small.
