The tag has been cut off but my DIL is 100% positive that it's a Brandy Melville label. The fabric is extremely soft and the cutout back is "gorgeous". Could be dressed up for a dinner out, clubbing or even as a beach cover up. Purchased in LA. Is part of the educational fund for my grandson.
